We were responsable for all Electrical wiring, Dual Phone Lines, TV Distribution and Sound System Wiring.

The Master Builders House of the Year awards recognise excellence, quality and innovation in the building industry.  The House of the Year is a showcase of the skill and excellence of the contractors involved.  In 2002 Maathuis Electrical were personally chosen to be involved in the project.  

The owner had us work on earlier projects and was impressed with our workmanship and ethic enough to choose us to be the Electrical Contractor on this showcase project.

During our time working on the project we were responsible for the installation of electrical wiring, the telephone system and air conditioning.  Additionally we were responsible for the installation of automatic gate openers and a video intercom from the gates up to the house.  Maathuis Electrical staff also helped the owners with the selection and installation of light fittings and their layout.
